Je suis en recherche constante de nouveaux défis à relever. J'ai eu l'occasion de voyager avec mon sac-à-dos pendant plus d’un an en solitaire à la fin de ma maîtrise en biologie, visitant 6 pays en Asie du Sud-Est et Océanie en chemin. Ce voyage m’a permis d’apprendre mon métier, traductrice de l’anglais vers le français, que je pratique en tant que travailleuse autonome, et de participer à plusieurs activités de bénévolat, incluant un projet de construction de maisons « Habitat For Humanity ». Je suis une passionnée de la boxe thaïlandaise, que j’ai essayée pour la première fois en Thaïlande. En trois ans de pratique, je suis montée sur le ring à trois reprises. Tout un défi! Pour me motiver à garder la forme, j’ai participé à 3 Spartan Race cet été (5km, 12 km et 21 km) en plus de courir le demi-marathon des Deux-Rives. En parallèle, je travaille avec acharnement avec Marie-Eve, ma sœur et ma co-pilote, pour préparer notre participation au Trophée Roses des Andes. Nous y allons pour le plaisir de la compétition; nous visons un podium, rien de moins!!! Est-ce que je suis compétitive? Y a des chances!

I am always searching for new challenges. I had the opportunity to backpack on my own for more than a year after completing my Master degree in Biology. I went in six countries in South East Asia and Oceania. I happened to learn my trade during my travels, that is Freelance Translator, from English to French. I also had the chance to volunteer myself in various activities, including a house construction project in Chiang Mai, Thailand, for Habitat For Humanity and the Jimmy Carter Foundation. I am a Muay Thai passionate. I gave it a try for the first time in Thailand, and 3 years later, I fought 3 times in the ring, on the amateur level. A real challenge! To keep in shape, I also completed 3 Spartan Race (1 Sprint, 1 Super and 1 Beast - A Trifecta) and an official half-marathon. Beside all that, I am devoting all my free time, alongside Marie-Eve, my sister and co-pilot, to prepare our participation in the Trophée Roses des Andes. We are going there for the fun of the competition, but we're aiming for the podium, nothing else!!! Am I competitive? I think so!
